2010 NBA Free Agency July 3rd.

Well, the question of where Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are going to end up, is still unanswered, however, as day three of free agency came and went, a few things were indeed settled.

-Dallas Mavs agree to a 4 year, $80 million deal with Dirk Nowitzki (which I just want to say I called from the minute free agency started...)
-New Orleans Hornets confirm they will not trade Chris Paul.
-Boston Celtics agree to a 4 year, $61 million deal with Paul Pierce.
-David Lee meets with Minnesota Timberwolves.
-Rumors of Tony Parker joining Amare Stoudemire in New York start floating around.
-Mike Miller meets with L.A. Clippers
-Though Lebron plans to end his interview process by Monday, July 5th, word on the street is now he may not actually decide upon a place until later in the week.

And there you have it. Probably the least exciting day for news thus far, at least in my book, but hey, its a process. I will say I'm a little surprised that Pierce didn't end up walking away with more, but I guess as time goes by and players age, their value really does start to take a toll...

Day four is up next.

  1. I randomly came across your blog and I'm digging how hardcore of a Bulls fan you seem to be. Who do you think would be the best fit for the Bulls to sign in free agency? We gotta assume its two names so what you got?
